Ich nutze Google Reader als Feedreader, und gerade dort merkt man oft das gemächliche Tempo, das Firefox unter Linux an den Tag legt.

Hast Du Google Gears im Firefox installiert und für den Feed Reader auch aktiviert? Wenn nicht, vergleichst Du Äpfel mit Birnen. 😉
