Hmmm, wir starten gerade ein crowdfunding Projekt. Ein echt sehr schickes Aluminiumgehäuse mit LED Bodenplatte und Kabelsatz, sodass der Pi etwas „wohnzimmerkonformer“ wird und die Kabel nicht in alle Richtungen aus dem Gehäuse herausragen.

Wenn Christoph erlaubt, hinterleg ich hier noch einen Link?

Yes the Raspberry Pi barely generates any heat.
The case has enough holes to remove what small amount that the ‚Pi generates.
The ‚Pi is basicaly a phone/media player chipset with networking and no actual phone bits obviously in a phone you have no ventilation at all and these chips still work well.

wie schaut es eigentlich mit der Wärmeentwicklung aus? Wird’s da drinnen nicht zu warm, wenn der Rechner unter vollast ist?

Genau. So wie ich meine Freunde kenne passiert folgendes: Design in Hochglanzplexi wird mit Pizzafingern beidseitig zugeschmiert, mit Klebeband an den Vesa-Rahmen gepappt und dann einfach hinter den Monster-TV geschraubt.

Hi there, thanks for taking an interest in our case. We have sold over 700 to date and we are simply amazed at the popularity of it in Germany. We are hoping to release an add on pack in a few weeks so you can access the Raspberry Pi inside the case and connect it to external electronics. It will consist of an additional side piece and 2 sets of connector ribbon cables with some other goodies 😉
