Das Verfahren nicht-priviligierten Benutzern administrative Rechte über einen Befehl einzuräumen gibt es seit Anfang der 80er Jahren auf Unix-Maschinen. In der Linux-Welt gibt es wie angesprochen schon seit Jahren sudo und auch Mac OSX verwendet letztendlich sudo. Höhre ich hier Prior Art? Der „sudo make me a sandwich“-Strip und andere Comics von Randall Munroe aka xkcd.com, ging ja schon oft durch die Blogs. Doch was macht man, wenn man gerade niemanden hat, dem man mit Root-Rechten überzeugen könnte ein Sandwich zu machen? Nun hat sich Künstler/Lehrer/Puppenspieler Bre Pettis der Sache angenommen und den „sudo make me a sandwich“-Robot entwickelt. Offensichtlich braucht das Ding noch etwas Tuning, doch es geht in die richtige Richtung. Also ab an die Schraubenzieher und Lötkolben. Ich will einen „Make me a Schnitzel“-Robot
